Discovery Call

Discovery calls act as the first step in establishing your expectations and overall vision. These calls are not just preliminary chats but are key for us to understand your exact needs. This is our first date, and we hope we make a good impression ;)

Vision Board

A vision board is essentially somewhere that all of your ideas can be put in one place. Planning an event can seem like a daunting task with various to-dos and checklists that feel never-ending.

This is one of the very first steps in our event journey. A feast for your eyes, we will hone in on specific colors, textures, decor and more. This makes the entire planning process more enjoyable and stress-free. We will be sure to tap into your creative ideas, and execute the elements you want to bring to life.

Vendor Coordination

From choosing a florist, an option for food and beverage, a band or DJ to entertain, the list could go on… Knowing what vendors you would like to bring into your event can be the difference between a successful event and a significant headache. We are here to help with our extensive list of approved vendors.

Day of Coordination

Whether you’re hosting an intimate dinner at home or hosting a large party for 200 people, we are firm believers that this allows you and all the guests to be able to enjoy the event without having to worry about managing the vendors, setup, or breakdown.

We take care of every minute from the beginning of the day when you wake up, till the last person at the venue drives away in their car!
